NCMA Local update February - March 2012
NCMA Local, the exciting new peer support project for home-based
childcare professionals, has hit the ground running. If it's
not already in your area, chances are it will be coming to
your local area soon.
We are thrilled to bring you news of success in Manchester,
upcoming launches, exciting new developments in Facilitator
training and our dynamic new online community for NCMA Local

Working together
NCMA Local is a volunteer-led initiative, aiming to bring
together like-minded professionals to alleviate isolation, empower
newly qualified professionals and share in the dissemination of
best practice.
We hope that together, our Facilitators can work with the local
authority to promote this exciting initiative and to boost the
profile of home-based childcare. NCMA Local hopes to improve
quality in childcare for parents by creating empowered, supported
and contented home-based childcare professionals.
