CSSIW engagement
The CSSIW (Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales), who
regulate and inspect childminders in Wales, are seeking views on
their new Engagement strategy.
The strategy sets out what CSSIW will do to ensure they are
engaging with service users and putting their needs first.
NCMA Cymru works closely with the CSSIW to ensure that the views
of childminders in Wales are represented and understood by the
inspectorate.

childminders, how they communicate with childminders – please send
