Contracts and Services
The way NCMA delivers services to clients has changed since July
2011. Old divisional structures have been removed with England and
Wales and their support staff now split into contract areas
(managed by senior contract managers) and sub areas (managed by
service managers).
The new structure reflects NCMA’s new strategic direction, and
takes into account activity analysis, external benchmarking,
feedback from staff and the 2011-2015 financial context set by
government.
