Your feedback is important to us
We aim to give all our stakeholders – childcarers, families,
local authorities, colleges and other support agencies – the
highest standards of service. We welcome feedback on all aspects of
our work.
Compliments, suggestions and any other general comments can be
made
online, by email to info@ncma.org.uk or over the phone on
0845 880 0044.
However, if you have a concern about any aspect of NCMA’s work,
try to have a chat about it with a member of our staff – perhaps
your local NCMA worker, someone in the relevant head office
department, or an employee on the NCMA information line. Many
issues are resolved in this way, but if you are still not happy,
you may want to make a formal complaint.
Formal complaints must be made in writing, ideally by using
NCMA's compliments, comments and
